In 1979 I was Licensed at the age of 18, and have never looked back. Through education and new Licensing I  have become a Certified Property Manager, also I became a Licensed MLO as a Approved lender originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. As an IRS 1031 Tax deferred exchanger. I am able to represent investors with techniques to save them money by deferring their gain on their investment sale by investing in other opportunities by completing the exchange.

In 1994 In became the Ultimate Professional licensed as a Real Estate Broker. I am the first and last authority in a Real Estate Transaction I create for my cleints.
